  • 1. Order Cancellation
    • Customers may cancel their orders through the Vorthysale mobile application before the order is packed or dispatched.
    • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • 2. Refunds
    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank processing time.
    • For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued as wallet credits or via an alternative method as decided by Vorthysale
    • Improve app performance, user experience, and customer support
    • Ensure secure transactions and prevent fraudulent activities
    • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
  • 3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    • If you receive damaged, expired, or incorrect products, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
    • After verification, a replacement or refund will be provided as applicable.
  • 4. Non-Refundable Items

    Perishable items such as fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and frozen goods are not eligible for return or refund unless they are delivered in a damaged, spoiled, or expired condition.
